Plus mass, you can get acquainted with the local color, learn the language and find new friends.
Vietnamese are friendly guys and open to getting to know the Russians. A couple of times having a beer with them, you already want to help find a good place to live, treat food or teach the language.
Yesterday, Kamensky and I found a new spot, with a more expensive beer, and we spent an hour with new Vietnamese friends who, fortunately, were petrified in English.
We left cheerful, drunk and confident that we would be back again tomorrow.
